Bridget Sperduto, M.Ed.

 

Inspirational speaker and retreat leader, Bridget Sperduto speaks from the Heart of Wisdom while captivating and moving the hearts of the audience with real life stories and anecdotes. Weaving storytelling, scripture and theological concepts, Bridget invites adults and children into the profound presence and mystery of God around and within. She is passionate about awakening others to their identity as the beloved of God, trusting that it is only through the tangible experience of Magnanimous Love that we become all that we are created to be. Bridget intertwines images, ritual, prayer and song to create a safe place for participates to enter into the Heart of Love.

 

Bridget presently serves as the Director of The Well Spirituality Center at the Congreation of St. Joseph in LaGrange, IL. An educator with ten years experience tending to the spiritual awakening of adults and children of all ages, Bridget leads people into an exploration of their Catholic Identity in a way that relates to their own life experience and the invitation of God within it. Bridget earned certificates in Spiritual Companioning, Prayer Counseling, and Reiki (level III master), a M.Ed. from Erikson Institute and a B.S. in Psychology from Loyola University of Chicago.

 

Bridget is a perpetual student of Theology and Spirituality classes, particularly in regards to the Sacred Universe and the evolution of human consciousness. She has studied under the direction of Pat Bergen, CSJ, Diarmund O’Murchu, Barbara Fiand and Jack Shea. Having attended many classes, workshops and conferences, she has been influenced by the teachings of Brian Swimme and Thomas Berry.

 

 

Bridget, a wife and mother of four, is an associate of the Congregation of St. Joseph.
