Treasure Hunt: A Contemplative Retreat
Based on Insights from the Enneagram
August 16-21, 2009
JoAnn McCaffrey, DMin

During this retreat you will be invited on a “treasure hunt,” a quest to find the God hidden in the Sacred Center of yourself. For this inner journey, you, the retreatant, will be given the “map” of the Enneagram, quiet time for private prayer and reflection, and moments for centering prayer, guided meditation and body movement prayer. Optional opportunities to view select films or to meet with JoAnn (the “travel guide”), may provide additional hidden treasures along the way, or insights for your return home or future travel plans. A basic understanding of the Enneagram would be helpful, but not necessary.
